Venmores Hands Keys Over To First Customers In Cyprus
August 13 2007
Leading property firm The Venmore Partnership has handed over the keys to the first customers at its Cyprus office.
On the day of the office’s official launch, Venmore Property Overseas welcomed Brian & Pauline Nuttall and Jeff Byrne and Trish Keoghan, who have bought a property in the Famagusta region on the Ammochostos development.
Ben Kent, who heads up the Venmore Property Overseas, commented: “It is great to get the Cyprus office underway. We’ve enjoyed tremendous sales in a number of countries during the past eight months, but there seems to be something special about Cyprus.”
“The island is proving particularly appealing to those planning for their retirement by investing in a number of properties as well as using one themselves for six months or more of the year.”
Venmore Property Overseas’ Cyprus office, situated in Protaras, is currently offering one and even two bed apartments for under £70,000, particularly attractive considering the 30% capital growth on some parts of the island.
The company is also set to open an office in Florida, another buoyant market for overseas investors.
Other popular investment locations dealt with by the firm include Egypt, Greece, Turkey, Dubai and The Caribbean. In Egypt, properties are available for as little as £25,000.
